Cellulose (Plant Origin), Crospovidone, Croscarmellose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Silica, Cellulose Coating, Calcium Carbonate.

Dried Ferrous Sulfate 205 mg is equivalent to 325 mg Liquid Ferrous Sulfate, which provides 65 mg of elemental iron per tablet.

DIRECTIONS:

For adults, take one (1) vegetarian coated tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids. 

WARNINGS:

• If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications If any adverse reactions occur, immediately stop using this product and consult your doctor. I
